To mark the International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking, the District Social Welfare Office, Darrang, in collaboration with the District De-Addiction Centre (DDAC), organized a special awareness programme under the Nasha Mukt Bharat Saptah campaign at the Mangaldai College.
